Bristol Palin will be Dancing with the Stars!
Looks like the rumor is true. Bristol Palin, Sarah Palin’s 19 year old daughter, has signed on to be on the ABC show, Dancing With the Stars.
Bristol Palin has certainly done her fair share of TV and celebrity appearances. This girl has taken her fame and ran with it.
We don’t begrudge her. She has a right to make a living. Bristol’s dancing will come under scrutiny and we wish her the best.
We will also be prepared for all the jokes that will abound. We can’t say being on DWTS is not joke-worthy! The show is for fun. We wish Bristol success and happiness if this DWTS rumor is true.
There are those that will criticize Bristol Palin as a Palin-hypocrite. The Palin’s have slammed Levi as a fame-hog-grabbing-dude.
But we respectfully disagree. Levi has taken the low road. His fame has been from low and cheap slaps at the Palin family.
Bristol is taking the high road. DWTS is a respectable gig. And the Palin’s have never air dirty laundry on Levi, nor do they want to.
Bristol has also made clean appearances on the ABC Family show, “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.”
We’d say Bristol Palin has become a decent role model. There are unwed mothers. And then there are unwed mothers. Bristol has shown that one can be an unwed mother and still instill some remorse and respectability. Being an unwed mother is an unfortunate circumstance for many. But it does not have to be a dead end. It takes some guts for Bristol to keep herself in the lime light.
